Heatherwick Studio

Heatherwick Studio is a team of more than 250 architects, designers, makers, engineers and landscape architects creating buildings, spaces, objects and infrastructure around the world. Founded by Thomas Heatherwick, the studio begins with human experience to create places that are more joyful, engaging and human.

Its internationally recognised work includes Little Island in New York, Zeitz MOCAA in Cape Town, Google Bay View in California and King’s Cross’s Coal Drops Yard, where two historic Victorian coal buildings were transformed into a new public space and retail destination. Heatherwick Studio has received more than 100 international awards for design excellence, including RIBA National Awards and the Prix Versailles.
